At The Fox's Den, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our artisan creations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy varies between our handcrafted items due to the nature of these products.


Handcrafted Items (Resin and Clay Jewelry, Needlework, Candles and Wax Melts, Home Décor, Furniture Renewal):


Returns & Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges on handcrafted items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the item, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photos of the damage for our records.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are made to your specifications and are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items. We encourage detailed communication during the creation process to ensure your satisfaction.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us at Orders@thefoxsdenhandmade.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
  3. For handcrafted items, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be added to the amount refunded to you.

Exceptions:

Please note that clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
